Summer Farewell Grill Party 2023

On August 31st, we joyfully celebrated our traditional Summer Farewell Grill Party event, where after extended vacations, we could finally meet again and share our summer experiences with each other.

Our event, now held for the fourth time, had a record attendance, with nearly 130 people joining us!

The evening was organized around an Asian theme, and the menu promised true culinary adventures:

🥢 We started the evening with delicious “Welcome Finger Food” bites, such as confit catfish cheeks with ginger-smoked tofu and colorful carrot ribbons.

🍣 At the “Asian Market” section, we found delights like poke bowls, sushi platters, and Thai mango salad.

🍛 As the main course, we enjoyed teriyaki salmon, Peking duck, pork tenderloin tonkatsu, and many other delicacies.

🍲 The fresh wok & stir-fry bar was a must, where we could choose our favorite bases and toppings according to our taste.

🍰 For dessert, caramelized fried bananas, tapioca pudding, raspberry brownies, and mini fruit skewers were there to sweetly conclude the evening.

In addition to the oriental and intriguing bites, we had fine wines, beers, spirits, and a rich selection of cocktails to enhance the festive mood. This year, the weather was also kind to us, with a pleasantly mild late summer temperature.

This event is extremely important to us because it provided an opportunity to celebrate the farewell to summer together and the joy that each other’s company brings.
