Our experts described how to choose a strategically viable warehouse management platform for the long-term, based on a properly defined investment and technical decision. Also, they highlighted some of the useful and popular functions of the SAP EWM solution, and few related Onespire references. In the last section, the built-in Material Flow System (MFS) was shortly introduced.

Business benefits of developing a controlling data mart and reporting
The presentation introduced the advantages of digitalized controlling, the transition from Excel tables to automated Power BI reports. It was explained through a recent Onespire project, where besides providing a ‘single version of data truth’ and complex analysis capabilities, more than 150.000 euros are saved each year in labor costs.

Building a complex logistics company from scratch: the birth of Boxy Logistics Ltd.
Boxy’s warehouse in Üllő, Hungary provides cutting-edge outsourced logistics services with robotic operations and a same day delivery fleet. The complete architecture behind the physical warehouse includes 6 main components provided by SAP, Microsoft, Salesforce, ForEye, Körber and Digital Natives. Our experts introduced the massive and disruptive endeavor, and Onespire Ltd.’s role, providing integration services for the whole project.

Onespire’s MES Light solution
Our colleagues described how SAP’s integrated Manufacturing Execution System can create a solution without external systems, with low operational costs, simple development options and a user-friendly user interface with Fiori support. The paperless manufacturing process, shopfloor dashboard and machine connectivity and data collection can be set up using standard SAP interfaces.
