Job description: Account manager
Mapping business development opportunities, assessing customer needs, developing customer demand, selling a service portfolio in the financial sector
Management of customer meetings, presentations and tenders
Process assessment, specification of customer needs
Development of business and financial plans related to projects, pricing
Preparation and management of contracts, bids, management of settlements
Communication with customers, the leaders of the financial services sector
Supervision of contracts throughout the whole term, verifying compliance with contractual provisions by supporting the quality assurance and the delivery of projects
Locating and acquiring new customers
Participation in the development and implementation of the sales and marketing strategy
Education: degree in business or technical studies
Language skills:conversational English
Computer skills: high level MS Office
Minimum 5 years of work experience, ideally management experience in the IT sector or at a consulting company, project manager, senior consultant or sales experience
Experience gained in an international corporate culture
Experience with and process knowledge of ERP systems
Project management experience and approach
Connections in the industrial service sector
High level of communication and networking skills, experience in negotiating with senior executives
Dynamism, determination, proactive thinking, team spirit
Open and proactive personality
Logical thinking and ability to overview a situation
Quick comprehension skills
Flexibility and adaptability
