Onespire Junior Program

We are expecting freshly graduated or final year students mainly to apply to our junior program, who bring fresh knowledge into our company.

We are primarily looking for participants with major in economics, IT, or engineering, who are interested in IT and would like to expand their theoretical education with practical knowledge. The training of career starters is extremely important and of significant value to our company, helping to maintain our high professional standards, since young people represent the future.

Applicants admitted to the Onespire Junior Program explore the SAP modules and the basics of Data Science within the framework of a thematically structured training and development program announced with a specific focus area for a certain length of time, concentrating on two large topics, so the specification of each area begins at a very early phase. The training is unique, as our new colleagues receive both theoretical knowledge, and at the same time practical experience on various projects with the support of mentors.

During the six-month program participants can gain experience, knowledge and a network of contacts, with which they can continue their career in our company in positions requiring specific skills. During the training it is possible to work on ongoing projects for our clients, as well as to perform independent consulting tasks with the support of experienced mentors.

As part of the Onespire Junior Program, we offer a permanent employment contract to young colleagues with a degree. The fresh graduates participating in the training take part in a comprehensive development program closely matching their intended job role, and thus they get the opportunity to comprehend the relationships and processes covering the entire company.
