RISE with SAP
RISE with SAP was introduced in 2021 as a new offer to accelerate cloud adoption for companies implementing or using SAP S/4HANA.
The bundle combines all the necessary products and services required to start using cloud SAP solutions. RISE with SAP includes infrastructure, managed services and software licenses in one contract, for one price and from one provider.
The offer helps customers by providing the tools for business process redesign, supporting the technical migration, and building an intelligent enterprise.
Introducing Boxy Logistics Ltd.’s services
The firm has the most modern, 10.000 m2 automated warehouse in the region, located in Üllő, near Budapest, which will be enlarged to 62.000 m2 in a few years. It offers same day delivery services for webshops and e-commerce companies, covering the entire logistics processes of its clients.
Based on its state-of-the-art infrastructure and IT architecture Boxy operates faster and more cost effectively than conventional logistics companies.
Their scalable service can support small webshops with few orders and large ecommerce sites with thousands of deliveries per day as well.
IT solutions behind the operation
Besides the physical infrastructure, the perfectly positioned and automated warehouse, the delivery fleet, Boxy heavily depends on IT solutions to provide services to its clients.
In order to cooperate with webshops and ecommerce companies, they have to offer integrations to a large number of various external systems, with real time order monitoring options even accessible by the individual buyers.
Material management in the warehouse, route planning in transportation, administration of dispatchers and couriers, invoicing and profit calculation all require a solid IT background.
S/4HANA Cloud ERP Solution implementation project
Boxy Logistics Ltd. have selected SAP as the ERP provider, based on among other factors the speed of the system integration and scalability. They finally decided on the S4/HANA cloud-based enterprise management system using the “RISE with SAP” service package.
Our company, Onespire Ltd. was selected as an implementation partner by Boxy in 2021. The project was successfully finished in August 2022 and the live testing phase has started recently.
