Every year, we celebrate our outstanding colleagues at our yearly All-staff meeting because we believe that recognising outstanding performance not only motivates individuals, but also inspires our whole community. This year’s recipients exemplify professionalism, perseverance and teamwork, proving that dedication and innovation always pay off.

Whether it’s building client relationships, publishing industry-leading articles, implementing successful projects or driving continued growth, each award winner has strengthened the Onespire community year after year.

Aliz Skapér – A key player in every project, known for her professional excellence and client relationship skills, with outstanding knowledge across two areas.
Zoltán Bukta – Went above and beyond his fixed responsibilities, playing a significant role in the success of the Audi project.
Tamás Somodari – For 2.5 years, he has supported our client with unwavering dedication as both a project manager and business analyst.
Sándor Kathi – Author of the most popular professional publication, breaking all previous readership records with his SAP BW/4HANA conversion article.
Warehouse Logistics Competence Center – Awarded for outstanding teamwork, maintaining high performance despite dynamic growth and changes.
Nándor Gergő Papp – Young Talent of the Year, consistently proving that growth knows no limits with his dedication and motivation.
Botond Galló – Junior Consultant of 2024, recognized for both his talent and exemplary development within the team.
György Göttlinger – A back-office expert who prepares precise controlling reports week after week and oversees a crucial process for our consultants: weekly payments. A loyal team member for over ten years, his dedication and reliability are invaluable.
Lóránt Tókos – A key figure in the ERP field, recognized for outstanding professional contributions and client relationships.
MOL PL/SLO SAP Rollout Project – One of the largest projects in Onespire’s history, successfully delivered on time, within budget, and with client satisfaction.
T-COM Partner Portal – Shareline Team – Developed a fully customized solution for Telekom with unique development and precise project management.
István Gergely – Consultant of the Year. A pillar of our team for over 21 years, his expertise and dedication have inspired generations. Onespire wouldn’t be the same without his exemplary professional achievements and community-building contributions.
