Our report about the event

This year, the Larus Restaurant and Events Center hosted Onespire’s annual All Staff Meeting again.

It is particularly important for Onespire managers to share the annual results with the colleagues, as they are feedback on our joint work and are always motivation for the new tasks and objectives that await us.

After the arrival and registration, the evening opened with welcome snacks and short conversations, followed by the management presentation. In this context, the sales and project results of last year were presented, we were able to gain insight into Onespire’s internal knowledge management program, and we also got a taste of the events that await us this year.

At the end of the presentation, our surprise guest, Péter Geszti, who was hinted at in the internal communications, arrived. Péter gave a nearly sixty-minute, energetic motivational presentation, in which he talked about his successes, the path leading to them, and openly talked about his failures, all of which he colored with great examples, videos, images, and drawings.

After the delicious dinner and super drinks, Onespire employees with outstanding performances were awarded. The prizes were presented personally by the members of the management in the framework of the good-humored award ceremony.

We sincerely thank the nearly 140 participants for making the evening memorable! Their presence and positive energy added enormous value to the festal moments. Let’s toast to another year full of success and joint results at Onespire!
