We are pleased to announce that the owners of Onespire Zrt. and BKB Solutions Kft. have entered into a contract, according to which BKB Solutions Kft. will merge with Onespire Zrt. through an acquisition.
Established in 2012, BKB Solutions Kft. provides SAP-related consulting services to its clients in Hungary and the DACH region, primarily in the areas of SAP logistics, project management, and project administration.
Over the years, we have successfully executed projects with the BKB Solutions team, which has strengthened our collaboration. Through the acquisition, we further increase our significant market position in SAP consulting and reinforce our leading role in SAP EWM in Hungary, while also strengthening our technological and logistics competencies.
Thanks to the merger, we also expand our capacity and customer base, with more than 20 consultants and numerous clients, while maintaining our high level of professionalism and dedication.
